Zara Fuschia Blazer - My Casual Friday

Holaaa all,

I realized that weather in Jakarta these days always been gloomy, rainy and cold, but somehow today I really wanna go out and try my Zara Fuschia blazer to give a little bit of 'artificial' shine into my ensemble. 

As today is Friday, that means I can dress up casually. Well, especially when I know all of my bosses are not coming to the office today, thus I can also wear my distressed jeans + T-shirt. Bener2 santaai laah hari ini (tapi kerjaan mah teteeup buanyak -___-)

Btw, akhir2 ini juga gw lagi seneng2nya pake flat, apa? aneh? gak gw banget?? well, yeah..I know and fully aware of that. Tapi, mau gimana lagi doonk, pinggang lagi gak keceh niiih, yah maklum deh ya faktor "U" secara bulan depan ekeh kan udah 32 (moduuus, minta dikadoin :p) jadi berasa badan aga2 jompoh ini (drama!) Well, anihooo....sekarang2 ini kayaknya kalo ndak perlu ketemu orang or gak perlu nampang, keknya gw lebih milih pake flat deh, soalnya tiap pake heels koq bawaannya udah ngos2an aja gituuh....PAYAH!

Healthy comes first. So timbang udah dandan keren2, tapi tiap jalan nafasnya ngos2an kaya abang yang angkut2 karung, mending bay-bay dulu lah ya ma heels. Pokoknya nanti kalo udah ketemu momentnya untuk tampil, soook deh dipake lagi itu heels (sambil nahan nafas!)

In The Mood For Red

Setelah sebelumnya ber-commit untuk pake baju garis2 selama seminggu penuh akhirnya minggu ini gw memutuskan untuk pake baju merah selama seminggu penuh juga...

Agak kaya orang kurang kerjaan siih, but well, kan ceritanya mau meramaikan suasana Natal-an dan ples gw juga udah keabisan ide mau pake baju apaa, so mending yang gampang aja deh..

So here it is, my weekly outfit with a theme "In the mood for red" ;)

Hello Monday!

Good morning, rise and shine and keep the spirit up *selftalk :D

As always, Senin selalu jadi "Hari Horor" buat most of the people, bayangan akan macetnya jakarta, lemes + ngantuk karena musti masuk kerja lagi setelah hari santai kemarin belum lagi musti ngeplan rencana kerja buat seminggu, kebayang donk gimna kusutnya! Jelas2 semangat kerja belum ngumpul, eh udah dihadapkan sama rencana kerja buat seminggu..yup seminggu!

Senin2 yang lalu gw selalu merasa kaya gitu, mungkin karena lokasi kerja yang *mendadak tambah jauh, plus stress selama perjalanan -+ 1.5jam, panas etc etc bikin mood gw selalu berantakan setiap senin dateng. One trick i always do to handle the Monday Horror is by dressing up, yup dress up, wear ur best outfit and look supeer nice and neat :) Emang sih dikantor ini gw tidak diwajibkan untuk keluar kantor and ketemu klien atau orang2 *which is sucks! tapi penampilan tetep nomor 1 donk :)

Mungkin karena udah kebiasaan dikantor lama yang selalu rapi and gw harus selalu siap keluar kantor, so everyday is chick monday :) soo contrary with here, suasana kantor disini lebih santai (apa mungkin krn mereka semua pakai seragam ya?) setiap harinya ya sama aja tampilannya, gw juga merasa belum ada kerjaan yang musti siap sedia keluar kantor..Alhasil, gw mulai kebawa santai..untungnya sih si Boss gak mengharuskan gw ikut2an pakai seragam (Hell to the NO) tapi tetep jadinya gw malah mulai males2an untuk dress up rapi, toh gak kemana2 juga (unless i hve a coffee time meet up with my besties after office).

But i know this is need to end up now, as a professional u just never know where the tasks gonna take you! anyway, i do believe that appearance certainly is ur first impression, so to give good impression to anybody all you have to do is dress up, no matter what the day is! so this is exactly what im doing, dress up for monday (wajib hukumnya) dress up for tueday, wed, thur and friday :)

But (again) good appearance will never be enough without good attitude, good manner and good behaviour..always remember what Tyra Banks said: its you that wearing the clothes, not the opposite!!

Soo..lets face Manic Monday with being look nice, behave nice and pray for what ever happen we will always feel bersyukur :)
